I also enclose the four copies of Agreement which you had previously transmitted to our office. We ha.ve caused the Agreement to be retyped, ma.king corrections necessary and as required, because of the cha.nge brought about by the adoption of the new City Charter. If this is satisfactory, please submit the same to the Mayor for submission to the City Council. After the resolution has been approved, you ma.y have the Agreement executed on beha.lf of the City of Saint Paul and trans- mitted to the Highway Department for its signing and return to the City one completely executed copy.
