RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Gunda T. Eliassen,
the sum $90.00, in full settlement of her claim of
damages sustained on or about 26th February 1973, as
more partic ularly set out in a communication t o the
City Council on March 14, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL �
BY GUNDA T. ELIASSEN ��
Claimant requests payment for personal injuries and

personal property damaged as a result of a sidewalk
falldown near 4th and Wabasha Streets. E�enses are
for doctor bills and clothing damaged as a result of
the fall. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Eliassen' s
claim in the amount of $90.00.
