RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Mrs. Rose Long, th e sum
of $136.75, in full settlement of her claim of damages
sustained on or about March 30, 1973, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
April 6, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS. ROSE LONG
Claimant requests refund of money spent to recover her
son' s motorcycle from Seattle, Washington. When cycle
was received it was the wrong one and police took it
into their pos�ession. Liability is on the part of
the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Long' s claim
in the amount of $136.75.
