Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for placing conduit
in east boulevard of Hampden Avenue and a manhole on the west side of
Hampden Avenue as follows:
Place conduit beginning at a ma.nhole location 20' south of
south line of University Avenue and 7' west of Hampden Avenue
east line, then south to a manhole location 298' south of
University Avenue south line and 7' west of Hampden Avenue
east line.
Also construct a manhole at 9' east of Hampden Avenue west line
and 298' south of University Avenue south line.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
