RE54LVBD, Z'hat the Cauncil of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
approve the dwelling lease as it pertains to the upper duplex unit at
�+56 I;. Arlington Averiue, Saint Paul, Minn�sota, which property was
acquired by the Ci.ty Por the Arlington-Arkwright Paxk, and the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City the said dwelling lease between the City and Jo�eph M. Corblick
and Lauise M. Corblick, a copy of said dwelling lease being attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.

such preniises.

The Tenani; a�r.ees to keep the premises continually in a neat, clean,
and ordexJ.y condition and will keep the sidewtzlks in front oP and aJ.ong
side said premises cleaned of ice and snaw or other objectionable material.
All ashes, gaxba�e and refla.se of arLy kind is to be removed by the Tenant
or at the Ten�,nt's expense.
The Tenant agrees to make no claim and to hold the City haxmless f�om
claims of others which may arise on account of personal injury occurring in
or about the premises or for loss ar da.ma.ge to personal property.
The City, through its authorized employees or agents, shall have the
right to enter the premises at any time for the purpose of inspection or
repair for the premises or equipment therein, or for such other purposes
as �a.y be deemed necessaxy by the City. -
The City shall have the right, without notice, to sell, destroy, or .
otherwise dispose of wny personal property left on the premises by the
Tenant after he has ti�acated or abardoned his dYrelling unit or been evicted
theref�on.
No rep�,irs or alterations shall be made except with the knowledge and
consent of the City. The Tenant is to be responsible for and will mend at
his o��an cost an,y and all breakage and damage done to ar�y part of the premises.
The Tenant sha11 replace at his o�in expense any glass broken on said premises
during the continuance of the lease. �
The Tenant agrees that all utilities, gas, electricity, water, and f�zel
for heating are to be provided by the- City.
The Tenant shall turn in keys to the premises to the City Division of
Assessments and Valuations, Room 286, City Hall and Court House, i�nediately
upon vacating premises.
All terms and conditions of thfs Dwelling Lease axe hereinabove fla11,y
set iortl�, arid the parties hereto cover�ant and represent that they have no
fUrther agreement or understanding except as follows:
