RESOLVEDs Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept Deed of Dedication for Community Uses of Lots 1
through 15� inclusive� Block 2, Currys Subdivision of Lot 13 of
Buell and Ma.ckubins Out Lots to Saint Paul, Minnesota, said land
to be dedicated to the City by the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelop-
ment Authorityl and to be used for Oxford Playground purposes,
located in the Summit-University NDP Area, Minn. A-1-1, and the
City Attorney is hereby authorized to record the said Deed of
Dedication in the Office of the Register of Deeds .

SUBJECT: Deed of Dedication - Oxford Playground

Enclosed herewith is a Council Resolution prepared by Jerome Segal,
Assistant City Attorney, authorizing acceptance of the Deed of
Dedication for Oxford Playground.
The Housing Authority has delivered to the City of Saint Paul the
proposed Deed of Dedication, and Mr. Segal has examined the title
and is satisfied that the Housing Authority has sufficient title
to convey this to the City of Saint Paul free of all encumbrances.
The acceptance of this deed will complete the Oxford Playground
Development begun in 1969.
Our department recommends acceptance of this land for playground
purposes and advises concurrence by the City Council.
