WHEREAS, the City Gouncil has received a comprehensive
study relating to air conditioning of the City Hall and Court
House ; and a_pproved the recommendations and conclusions set

RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby expresses its support for the concept of total central
air conditioning for the City Hall and Court House building;

is respectfully called to the follawing Resolution of the Joint Court House &
City Hall Cammittee of Ramsey County, Minnesota, adopted at the �eting held
on June 11, 1973,

RESOLVED by the Joint Court House & City Hall Committee that the Chairman
of the Coimnittee is hereby authorized to appoint three members of the Committee
to work on guide lines for a conte�plated in-depth study of the sir conditioning,
reporting to the Carmnittee an the estimated cost of such studq, what will be
contemplated in the study and the time involved.
