In the Matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the
slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject
land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof, or construction of
slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the East-West alley from
the North-South alley to Chatsworth Street and the North-South alleq froa► Watson Ave-
nue to Armstrong Avenue, all in Block 3, Buckhout's Rearrangement of Moore's Addition;
Block 3, Cole's Rearrangement of Block l and Block 2 and Subdivision and Enlar�ement
of Block 3 of his Randolph Street and Pleasant Avenue Addition; Harding's Enlargement
and Subdivision of Block 1, of Gage's Subdivision of Block 1, Gage and Whitney's
Addition; and Block 3, Wstson's Second Addition (�-2012),
under Administra�ive Order D-609 approved May 9, 1973
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above unprovement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 100_00 ,
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th day of July, 1973 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
