RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby concurs in the action of the
Purchasing Comrnittee in the award for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary or incidental to the SITE IMPROVEMENTS
at Hidden Falls Park, St. Paul, Minn. for the ��pa�tn►ent of Community
Services -- Parks� Recreation and Pub�.ic Bldgs. -- Parks� to: BI-CON
CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. for the contract price of tLUMP SUM BASE BID)
$54,910.00 (Plus Engineering and Inspection -- $4,500.00) as a result
of Bid No. A5508 and the specifications incorporated �herein. Bi-Con
Construction Co. , Inc. being the lowest responsible bidder under the
specifications and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft
the proper form of contract and obtain the necessary performance and
payment bonds. The proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City ot 5t. Paul.
