WHEREAS, the cost of construction for the grading
and surfacing with bituminous material of JULIET A��ENUE from
Cleveland Avenue to Prior Avenue, have risen from an ettimated
cost of $4.50 per assessable foot to $17.00 per assessable
foot, due to poor soil conditions and curb seCtlement,
BE IT ItESOLVED, That Final Order Council File 256711,
approved December 15, 1971, is hereby amended by striking out
that portion of JULIET AVENUE from Cleveland Avenue to Prior
Avenue in conformance with the recommendation of the Department
of Public Works.
