Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to place and hereafter
maintain a manhole as follows:
In the boulevard on the west side of Robert Street, its exact location
being 8 feet south of the south prdperty line of Kellogg Boulevard and
9 feet east of the west property line of Robert Street.
All work to be in accordance with the attached plans as approved.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
