RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Charles D. Bruns and
Alfred Bruns, the sum of $237.20, in full settlement of
their claim of damages sustained on or about March 14, 1973,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the
Cit y Council on March 28, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY CHARLES D. BRUNS AND ALFRID BRUNS
Claimant, Charles D. Bruns, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul police vehicle on March 14, 1973.
Vehicle was owned by claimant, Alfred Bruns. Liability
is on the part of the City. Expenses are for the
repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Charles and Alfred
Bruns' claim in the anount of $237.20
