all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

Dear Sirs,
I have written this letter to clarify the situation as to the side-
walk renewal in front of 103,5 and 10�7 E. Jessa.mine St. The side-walk in
front of the residence at 104-7 E. Jessaanine St., which is my private resi-
dence� is the new cement type. It was la.id recently and is not in need of
repa.ir or repla.cement.
I have recently purchased the house at 1035 E. Jessa,aiine St. and it�
ad3acent lot. The side-walk in front of this property is of an older type
of construction� but it is still in good condition and doesn't appear to
require immcdiate replacement. I have �ust purchased this property and the
house at 1035 E. Jessamine St. is old and requires quite a bit of repair.
Consequently I have been flooded With bills since the purchase, and would
therefore apgreciate very much a dela,y in the repla.cement of the side-walk
of a year or txo.
I regret that I was unable to make a personal appearance before you, but
we have had a recent death in the family, and I am occupied with the wake and
the funeral. I will be happy ta discuss this matter further at the earliest
possible opportunity.
