Chapter 310 of the St. Paul

to non-intoxicating malt liquor.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Seetion 310.07 of the St. Paul L�gislative Code is
hereby amended by striking and deleting alY of Section 310.07
as it now exists and substituting in lieu thereof Section
310.07 as follows:
"310.07 Minors. It shall be unlawful to sell �

that such sale is not a violation of this
section. Such evidence shall be considered
In determining whether the defendant is guilty
or not guilty of any violation of this section.
It shall be unlawful to permit any person under
the age of eighteen (18) to loiter or remain
in rooms where non-intoxicating malt liquor is
being sold or served unless accompanied by his
parent or guardian.
Section 2. �
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage, approval and publication.
