acquired by the City for the Arlington-Arkwright Park, and the proper

The Tenant aQrees to keep the premises continually in a neat, clean,
and orderly condition and will k�:ep the sidewalks in front of and along
side said premises cleaned of ice and snaw or other objectionable material.
All ashes, �arbage and reflise of ar�y kind is to be removed by the Tenant
or at the Tenant's expense.
The Tenant a�rees to make no claim and to hold the City harmless f�om
claims of others which may arise on account of person�.l injury occurring in
or about the premises or for loss or damage to personal property.
The City, through its authorized e.nmloyees or agents, shall have the
right to enter the premises at any time for the purpose af inspection or
repair for the preMises or equipment therein, or for such vther purposes
as may be deemed necessary by the City. �
The City shall have the right, without notice, to sell, destroy, or
otherwise disnose of any personal. property left on the premises by the
Tenant ai`ter he has v�.cate3 or abandoned his dwelling unit or been evicted.

Plo repairs or alterations shall be made except with the knowledge and
consent of the City. The Tenant is to be responsible for �nd will mend at
his awn cost any and all breaka.ge and dama,ge done to any part of the premises.
�'he Tenant sha11 replace at; his own e�cpense any glass bxoken on s�.id premises
during the centinuance of the lease.
The Tenant agrees that all utilities, gas, electricity, water, and flxel
for heating are to be provided by the City.
The Tenant shall turn in keys to the premises to the City Division of
Assessments and Valuations, Room 286, City Hall and Court House, immediately
upon vacating premises.
All terms and conditions of this Dwelling Lease are hereinabove fla1�y
set forth, and the parties hereto covenant and repres�nt that they have no
ftiirther a.greement or understanding except as follows:
