RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Aaron J. Skoog and
Mildred C. Skoog, the sum of $471.72, in full settlement
of their claim of da.mages sustained on or about
March 3, 1973, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 20, 1973.

BY AARON J. SKOOG AND MILDRED C . SKOOG
Cla imants were involved in an acc ident w ith a Sa int Paul
police vehicle on March 3, 1973. Liability is on the
part of the city. Expenses include the repair of the
damaged vehicle and medical bills for both Aaron and
Mildred Skoog.
This office approves the settlement of Aaron and
Mildred Skoog' s claim in the amount of $471.72.
