RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Haro ld T. Branes, the
sum of $16.00, in full settlement of his claim of
damages sustained on or about January 6, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on H February 13, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY HAROLD T. BR�TES
Claimant requests payment for improper towing charges
from January 6, 1973. Expenses include towing charge,
administrative fee, and a storage charge. Liability
is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Branes' claim
in the amount of $16.00.
