A permanent easement for sewer purposes, on, over and across the follawing
described land; except Maryland Avenue, the WesC 20 feet of the East 3 acres of �
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Town-
ship 29, Range 22, also acquire a temporary construction easement which shall be
terminated January 1, 1975 or upon completion of the sewer construction, whichever
c anes first and described as follows:
Except Maryland Avenue, the East 20 feet of the West 40 feet of the East 3 acres `
of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Town-
ship 29, Range 22. Also a temporary slope construction easement described as follaws:
Except the North 200 feet, the West 50 feet of the East 1/2, of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 22.
Except Orange Avenue and Herbert Street, the North 30 feet of the West 50 feet of
the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 22, Township 29, Range 22.
Except the West 20 feet, the North 30 feet of the East 3 acres of the Southwest l/4 '
y of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 22.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 4�0.00 , z.�
2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �th day of J�ne, 1973 � at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
