the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the sa.me is hereby in a11 respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, Th,at a public hearing be had. an said asseasment on the 13th
day of June� 1973 , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asseased against the lot or lota of the paxticular
