CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY DANIEL R. HAGA
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
police vehicle on March l, 1973. Liability is on the
part of the City. Expenses are for the repair of the
damages vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Haga' s claim
in the amount of $85.60.
