RE50LVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by
the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-420-000, to State Farm Mutual Auto, Ins. Co.
and Margarite Anne Thoele, the sum of $238.10, in full
settlement ofi�eir damages sustained on or about
January 23, 1973, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on February 16, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTO. INS. CO.
AND MARGARITE ANNE THOELE
Clai.mant, Margarite Anne Thoele, was inv olved in an
accident with a Saint Paul Department of Public Works
vehicle on January 23, 1973. Liability is on the part
of the City. Expenses are for the repair of the
da.maged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of State Farm Mutual
Ins. Co. and Mr. Thoele' s claim in the amount of $238.10.
