RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund, 09070-420-000, to Mrs. Ma.rilyn Griesback,
the sum of $151.93, in full settlement of her claim of
damages sustained on or about January 24, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on February l, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS. MARILYN GRIESBACK
Claimant requests payment for her automobile which was
damaged in an accident caused by a defective road on
January 24, 1973. Liability is on the part of the
City. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Griesback' s
claim in the amount of $151.93.
