WHEREAS, the boundaries of Independent School District
No. 625 and the City of Saint Paul a�e co-terminus; and
WHEREAS, the 6ity of Saint Paul and the School District
rely upon the same citizenry for their support of said City
programs and School District programs; and
WHEREAS, both the School District and the City of Saint
Paul must, of necessity, rely upon the same economic base to
provide continued support for the success of each agency; and
WHEREAS, it appears desirable and in the best interests
of the citizens of Saint Paul that there be cooperation between
said City government and the Board of Education; now, therefore,
be it_._
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that
it herewith declares its intent to fully cooperate with
Independent School District No. 625 in attempting to provide
joint use of land and facilities and coordination of pla�riing
efforts in order to maximize the benefits accruing to the
citizens of the City of Saint Paul; and, be it �
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Independent School
District No. 625 is herewith requested to express its concurrence
with the terms of this resolution.

Gentlemen:
Attached is a resolution of the St. Paul City Council, C.F. 261167,
declaring its intent to cooperate with the School District to
maximize benefits accruing to the citizens of St. Paul. Pleaee
note the last paxagraph of the resolution requesting that the

with the terms of this resolution.
