RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of Ma.rch 27, 1973, waiving the
following require�ents of the Minnesota Plumbing Code: MHD 132(b) , that
waste stacks or vents be insta.11ed on the laundry tubs and the first floor

toilet; NtEiD 125(b) (1) , that there shall be at least 2 cleanouts s�t the bas�
of the soilstack; and MHD 130(e) (9) (gg 1) , providing for the installation
of an anti-siphon ball cock on the toilets on lst and 2nd floors: and be it
FUR.THER RESOLVED, that said waiver be granted until such time as
property is sold or any other right, titie or interest be transferred,
at which time such transfer be nullified; and be it
