RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby concurs in the action of the'Purchasing
Committee in the award of a contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and aervices neceesary or incidental to the INSTALLATION OF STEEL ROLL-UP Dt)OR for
the Civic Center Authority, to 'THL JAGRSON CO1�Al�C for the contract price af (LUI�
SUM BID) $2,215:00 as a result of Bid 4066 and the specificatione incorpozated
therein. The Jackson Ccn�anq being the lawest responaible bidder und�er the apecifications
and the Corporation Counsel is hertby directed to draft the proper form of contract
and obtain the necessarq performance and paqment bonds. The proper Citq officials
are hereby authori�ed to executa said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Psul.
