and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
KESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in a11 reepects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public hearing be had an said assessment on the 23rd
day of �Y, 1�73 , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give no�tice of sa,id meetings, as r�uired by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asseased against the lot or lots of the paxticular
