The asseasment af benefits s eest and exnensea for and in connection with
T� ��' � � the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered aa�me
and found the said assessment satiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said asaessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
R,FSOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had o�n sa.id assessment on the 23rd
day of Ma; 1973 , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commiasioner of Finance
give natice of sa.id meetings, as required by the Charter, atating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the n�ture of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
