WHEREAS� The Council has approved the grading and surfacing
with bituminous ma.terial and constructing curb and gutter on
Hillwood Drive from 485 feet west of the centerline of McKnight
Road to McKnight Road and also Hillwood Court from the cul de
sac south to Hillwood Drive by resolution, C. F. 260713, approved
February 22, 1973; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council does hereby direct the proper City
. officers to acquire easements necessary for the above improvements,
and the City officers are hereby authorized to acquire such ease-
ments by direct purcha.se and/or eminent domain proceedings in
accordance with applicable law.
