Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for placing buried
cable across and along Maryland Avenue east of Como Boulevard as follows:
Beginning in the alley east of Como Boulevard 95' south of
south line of Maryland Avenue, then north to north side of
Maryland Avenue to a point 8' from property line, then east
for 240 feet.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
