Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to place and hereafter
maantain �mderground cable along and across Rice Street and College Avenue as
f ollo�as:
Beginning on the east side of Rice Street approximately 135 feet
north of the north eurb line of College� then going west across
Rice Street to the property l�ne. Also starting on the north side
of College, 165 feet west of the west curb line of Riee Street, then
going West 215 feet, then north 12 feet to the property line.
A1Z work to be :in accordance with the attached plans as approved.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
