RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to J. A. Shirley, the sum
of $228.27, in full settlement of his claim of damages
sustained on or about 30th December, 1972, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City Council
on February 15, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY J. A. SHIRLEY
Claim was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
Public Works vehicle on or about December 30, 1972.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses include
the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Shirley' s
claim in the amount of $228.27.
