RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to H. Kremer, President,
Kremer Spring & Alignment, Inc. , the sum of $154.31, in
full settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about January 17, 1973, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on March 16, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY H. KREMER, PRESIDENT, KREMER
SPRING & ALIGNMENT, INC.
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
police vehicle on January 17, 1973. Liability is on
the part of the City. Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Kremer' s
claim in the amount of $154.31.
