WHSREAS, The Community Services Department, Division of Parks and
Recreation has been authorized per Council Resolution No. 258457, approved
May 4, 1972, to incur eagineering and miscellaneous costs for the Rehabilitation
of the Como Park Conservatorq Project at an estimated cost of $3,000 and,
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Division would like to proceed
with the replacement and installation of Fiberglass Panels on the Conservatory
Dome, and this work to be done through a Citq Force Account because of the
�netary advantages accruing to the City by doing the work on this basis,
RESOLVED, that the Division of Parks and Recreation be allawed to
groceed on the installation phase of this pro3ect at an additional cost of
$15,535.00 and,
FURTHER RESOLVID, that these costs be charged to the Permanent
Improvement Revolviag Fund, Code No. 60000 and this Fund to be Reimbursed from
Capital Improvement Budget Fund No. 93772-460-003.
