Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to place and
hereafter maintain buried cable along and across Ruth Street as
follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Ruth Street and Burns
Avenue, then east to a point 6 feet west of the east property line of
Ruth, then south for 761 feet along Ruth Street, 6 feet west of the
east property line.
Al1 work to be in accordance with the attached plans as approved.
