WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Council Environmentai Services Division had deternuned that no
additional Sewer Availability Charges were required; and
NOW THEI2EFORE BE IT RESOLVED, In view of the foregoing, that the proper City Officials are
authorized to issue a refund of the Sewer Availability Chazges to Independent School District 625 in the
amount of $2,300.00.

The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Division has determ_�ned SAC for the
Cherokee Heights Elementary School Addition located witIun the City of St. Paul.
This project should be chazged no additional SAC Units. It is the Council's understanding
that the classrooms that were added were auxiliary classrooms, and not used for
homeroom purposes. The City of St. Paul should refund the $2300 that was paid for 2•
SAC units on this project.
