Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to place and hereafter
maintain underground conduit along and across East Sixth Street as follows:
Beginning on the south side of East Sixth Street approximately 133 feet
west of the west propertq line of Robert Street, then northeast across
East Sixth Street to the north propertq line.
