Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern �f�
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for placing buried �
cable to serve K-Mart and Plywood Minnesota in the vicinity of Maryland
Avenue and Interstate 35E as follows:
Beginning at the west side of Jackson Street and Old Maryland
Avenue, then easterly along old Maryland Avenue approximately
260' to private property, then continuing to the crossing of
Maryland Avenue at a point 88' west of K-Mart entrance center
line.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
