set out in a communication to the City Council on

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ELIZABETH KOHHL�TT
Claimant requests payment for private property damaged
by a Saint Paul Department of Public Works snow plow
in January, 1973. The plow damaged Miss Kohn' s mailbox
and support post. Liability is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for the repair of the mailbox and the post.
This office approves the settlement of Miss Kohn' s claim
in the amount of $8.40.
