RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to John F. Andres, the
sum of $500.00, in full settlement of his claim of
damages sustained on or about September 12, 1972, as
more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on October 27, 1972.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOHDT F. ANDRES
Claimant requests payment for private property damaged
by a Saint Paul Public Works refuse truck. Claimant' s
cement driveway was cracked by the weight of the truck.
Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Andres' claim
in the amount of $500.00
