RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Thomas F. Strange, the
sum of $81.52, in full settlement of his claim of damages
sustained on or about September 27, 1972, as more �
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on October 17, 1972.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY THOMAS F. STRANGE
Claimant requests payment for property destroyed by
Public Works Sanitation employees. A picket fence and
gate were hauled away in error. Expenses are for the
replacement of the fence and gate. Liability is on
the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Strange' s
claim in the amount of $81.52.
