IN THE MATTER OF
609 Thomas Avenue, owned by Mr. John A. Jungwirth
and described as, "Lot 18, Block 2, Michel�s Sub-
division of Block 5 Stinson's Division."
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and apprw es the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of Ma.rch 13, 1973, waiving the
requirement of Chapter 54 of the Saint Paul Housing Code and allowing the
continued presence of a shed in the rear of the property; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following requirements of the State of
Minnesota Plumbing Code be also waived for the sub�ect property: MHD 125 (a)
(1) (aa) requiring each fixture to be trapped, MHD 125 (a) (2) (aa) which
requires all fixture traps to:•,be protected by means of proper vent pipe, and
rIIiD 12S (a) (7) (ff) which allows drum traps only for special conditions (lab
tablea, dental chairs etc.); and be it
FUR"�AER RESOLVED, that the filing fee in the abwe subject property
be waived; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be hereby authorized and
directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Register
of Deeds.
