RFSOLVED, that an extra in the amount of One Hundred Forty-
five Dollars ($145) be allowed under Contract L-7612 between the City
of Saint Paul and August Construction, Inc. , said contract for Remodeling
of Seventh Floor, Court House and City Hall, and said change to cover counter
addition to jury rail in courtroom, as more fully set forth in City Ha11=Court
House Committee Resolution 102-89 and Change Order No. 1, a copy of which
has been filed with the Department of Finance and Management Services.
Charge to PIR 60000 to be reimbursed from 7850. Job #72-67.
