F. 259674, approved September 14, 1972, authorized the Mayor, Police Depart- ment and Public Works Department to negotiate with the Minnesota State Highway Department regarding the feasability of building a parking lot for police cars on a strip of land along the North side of East Eleventh Street between Minnesota and Robert Streets, which negotiations ha.ve now been completed, and the lease agreement presented to the City Council for approval; now, therefore, be it RESOLVEDt Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve the lease agreement for the said parking lot space from the State of Minnesota� Department of Highways, for a term of two years, the said parking lot to be used for official police patrol cars only; and the proper City officers are hereby authorized to execute the said agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
