as follows :
Fine grade and surface with bituminous material and construct concrete
curb and gutter on Hazel St. from Wilson Ave. to E. Third St. !\lso
construct sewer service connections and water service cannections .
Fine grade and surface with bituminous material and construct concrete
curb and gutter and construct sewer for storm water purposes on 1Jilson
Ave. from Van Dyke St. to Hazel St. Also construct sewer service
connections and water service connections.
This order is being initiated on the basis of a �etition signed by five
abutting property owners constituting 77°.� of the assessahle frontage.
The estimated cost to construct these streets includin� enc�ineering,
inspection and miscellaneous costs is $50,500 and will be financed as
follows:
