RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09075-420-000, to Genevieve Cierzan,
the sum of $250.00, in full settlement of her claim
of damages sustained on or about November 26, 1972, as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on November 29, 1972.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY GENEVIEVE CIERZAN
Claimant requests payment for personal injuries and
property damage as a result of a sidewalk falldown .
on November 26, 1972. Liability is on the part
of the City. Expenses are for doctor bills and re-
pair or replacement of p ersonal prop erty.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Cierzan' s
claim in the amount of $250.00.
