release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09075-420-000, to Keith Chavie, the sum
of $50.00, in full settlement of his claim of damages
sus�ained on or about December 28, 1971, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on January 26, 1972.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY KEITH CHAVIE
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
Public Works Department snow plow on December 28, 1971.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses include
the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Chavie' s
claim in the amount of $50.00.
