RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by
the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-420-000 to Charles E. Mayette, the sum of
$1,600. 00, in full settlement of his claim of damages
sustained on or about August 5, 1971, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on August 24,
1971.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY CHARLES E. MAYETTE
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint
Paul Police vehicle on August 5, 1971. Expenses
include property damage and medical expenses.
There is a question of liability. The City has
recovered $5,200.00 from Mayette.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Mayette' s
claim in the amount of $1,600. 00.
