and the Council having heard all persons, objections and recc�aendation� relative
thereto, and having fully considered the same; therefore, be it
RESOLi1ED, that the Coun�il of the City of 3sint Pau1 hereby orders said _
improwement to �e made.
RBgOLVBD FURTHBR, that the land, lands or easements herein required to
make said improvement be and the same are hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated
and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements.
