RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Ma.yor,
the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby accept
dedication of easement for alley purposes over, upon
and across the South 20 feet of the North 135 feet of the
West 191.89 feet of Lot One (1) , Block Two (2) , Kaufhold' s
Addition and also over, upon and across all that part of
said Lot One (1) which lies West of the East line of the
West 290 feet of said Lot, except the North 115 feet
thereof and except the West 191.89 feet thereof, and does
hereby authorize the City Attorney to record the deed in
the proper office of recordation.

This office is in receipt of an inquiry as to tY�e feasibility of acceptin�
a deed for an alley easement in the subject addition, as shown shad�d in
red on the attached plan.
The Department of Public Works has reviewed the proposa.l and recommends
the easement be accepted.
In vie�w of the fore�oing, this offiee reee�mmends the attached resolution
be approved by the Mayor for submission to th� Council.
A prepared Quit Claim deed, an ownership �.nd encumbr�nce report, and the
cn�mers Duplicate Certificate of Title ar� being held in the City Attorney's
Office pending the adoption and �.pproval of said resolution.
