RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund, 09075-420-000, to Rudy L. Knack, the sum
of $40.00, in full settlement of his claim of damages
sustained on or about December7, 1972, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
December 19, 1972 .

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY RUDY L. KNACK
Claimant requests payment for private property damaged
during tree trimming operations at 1105 Wakefield on
December 7, 1972. Expenses are for the replacement of
4 posts and the repair of the ornamental picket fence.
Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Knack' s claim
in the amount of $40.00.
